This one bedroom suite is in the basement of our home. We are located on a quiet street just minutes from downtown and all amenities. Only 30 minutes to Silverstar! There is free on site parking at the back of the house. The bedroom has a king bed, closet, blankets, tub towels & robes. The bathroom comes stocked with various essentials as well. Leather recliners are across from a 55 inch tv in the living room, and the kitchen cabinets are filled with supplies. Laundry and hot tub are shared!

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

We are a 2 minute drive from the Trans Canada Highway, making it convenient as an overnight stop between Vancouver and Calgary. FREE off road parking for 2 vehicles! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, with comfortable duvet. The sitting room has a brand new (double) sofa bed. WIFI and lots of TV channels for your viewing pleasure. 15 minute walk to the local pub / groceries / recreation centre. For larger groups, we have a second bnb in the basement. Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Perfectly located with Silver Star is just up the road, lakes and wineries minutes away. It's very quiet and relaxing. We have a front yard for use on the greens. This is an excellent get away with space for your toys as well as prepared for just doing nothing.
