Walk out the back door between two houses to the private gorgeous beach (no public, residents only). Walk to the center/restaurants. We have bikes and beach chairs! Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
