Almost every room has a view of the ocean during the day and has built in skylight giving you view of the stars in the night and quiet enough to hear ocean waves.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

Blue Wave Central

Ocean access 50 yards away, outdoor shower, and 1/4 mile from downtown Salisbury Beach shops, restaurants, lifeguarded beach, Blue Ocean Music Club, and activities. Our newest listing, Blue Wave Central, offers a larger "almost beachfront" location a few blocks from The Center. 2026 improvements include converting the spare den into a 5th bedroom; fresh flooring and finishes upstairs; and new linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, Weber grill, and more.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast! We have a check in time of 2PM.
