This spacious studio has the perfect setting, only steps away from the pool with a big cozy terrace and a little sea view. This studio is for up to 2 adults plus 2 children. It has all the amenities like free Wifi, Smart TV, aircon, complete kitchen and bathroom.

The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.

L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, possibile aggiungere un altro posto letto in soggiorno, sala con cucina, bagno con doccia, tre terrazzi con vista eccezionale.
