Our stylish newly built annexe in north Cornwall is a spacious and cosy retreat for two with parking. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with high ceilings, natural light and a leafy outlook. Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Beautiful Shepherd's Hut in Mid Cornwall

Welcome to our beautiful Shepherd's Hut. Perfectly proportioned with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, all in its own enclosed, private garden. The hut has a double bed, boutique dining table and chairs, kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge kettle and toaster. It has its own water heater, radiator and heated towel rail. The bathroom also has a large mirror, and large electric shower. The hut is positioned in its own private garden laid to grass with views over our fields.

The Gypsy Hideaway with Hot Tub

Now with a wood fired hot tub! Hidden within 4.5 acres of rural land, with a small lake. Expect peace and seclusion in this beautiful spot with far reaching views across north Cornwall. Inside is cosy with all you need for a blissful escape, including a logburner and sumptuous double bed. It has a private chalet with fully-equipped kitchen, with indoor seating area. Relax on the covered wooden patio, enjoy a barbecue and toast marshmallows on the fire pit as the sun sets. Up to 2 dogs welcome.

Menhay Cottage, Higher Polgrain Cottages, St. Wenn

Situated just 10 miles from Padstow, Menhay Cottage really is in a prime location. Close enough to enjoy the beautiful Cornish beaches but far enough to escape the commotion of other holiday makers. Menhay is a converted old milking parlour once part of a working farm converted in 2007. Originally purchased as a holiday home to escape the hustle and bustle of London, but due to being rarely used by the owners, they have decided to rent out this little piece of heaven for others to enjoy.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

SHEPHERDS HUT TRANQUIL SETTING 20 MINS FROM BEACH

Hand built and designed by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours other than my house. Beautiful views over the valley and situated next to a lake which boasts a variety of wildlife including Kingfishers Geese Moorhens & Ducks. Only 20 minutes from many beaches on the North & South coast. The hut contains a shower and toilet woodburning stove mini kitchen and a comfy kingsize bed. Outside area with BBQ secure parking and there's a boiler room/garage for storing bikes and boards.

The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.
