Safe parking, free laundry and large private outdoor area for guests. Plenty of coffee spots, grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance or Metro Transit. Very bike friendly. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.
