西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

The surroundings are full of nature, and if you are lucky, you can see animals such as wild deer, boars and squirrels. In addition to burning charcoal in the fireplace and enjoying the burning fire, you can enjoy the following as fireplace dishes. (We prepare 1 box of charcoal. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

およそ築100年、大正時代の本格日本家屋のゲストハウスを一棟貸し切りして頂けます。 気兼ねなく、奈良に暮らすようにゆっくりお過ごし頂けます。 奈良公園のすぐ側、近鉄奈良駅まで徒歩約10分。 早朝や夕暮れの静かな時間の散策も容易です。 4名様まで同料金です。最大9名様までご宿泊頂けます。 格子の窓や茶室、縁側、中庭、大正時代に建てられた日本家屋は趣で魅力いっぱいです。 中庭に面した掘り炬燵のあるリビングでゆっくり団欒して下さい。 キッチンは、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、冷蔵庫、ポット、調理道具などが揃っています。 みんなで料理して、庭を見ながら掘りごたつでお鍋を囲むなど、楽しくお過ごし下さい！ トイレとシャワールームは二か所ずつございます。 ホテルのような設備はございませんが、懐かしい情緒とゆっくりお過ごし頂けると幸いです。 お部屋は寝室だけで合計3部屋（大きい和室を分割すれば4部屋）ございます。 人数に合わせてご用意させて頂きます。 部屋割りなどにご希望がございましたらご連絡下さい。

The air-conditioned house features 3 bedrooms(2 tatami room and 1 Western-style room) and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the well-fitted kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave and kitchenware. The house offers a washing machine, along with a balcony.

こちらのユニークな宿泊先には、独自のスタイルがあります。 2023年10月に新築オープン、ホストは1階管理室に在住してますが、ほぼ一棟貸し感覚でご利用できます。 2階フロアは全て貸切り。グラフテクトのアイランドキッチンを中心にした広々としたLDKは勿論、ヴィラの最も特徴的な空間であるスカイテラスには、屋外ソファを設置しサウナ（利用可能時間18:00〜22:00）やジャグジーの他、最大100インチのプロジェクターで映画のタイトルなどが楽しめます。また、カナダ製ブロイルキング社（現在は都合によりウェーバー社）の本格的BBQグリルを設置しておりいつでもバーベキューを楽しむことが出来き、グランピング感覚でも楽しむことができます。（BBQグリルにはいわゆる焼肉用のお肉ではなく、厚切りのステーキ用をご用意していただく方が適しています。） 観光では最寄りのJR木津駅から京都駅まで快速で約36分、大阪駅まで快速で約60分、奈良駅まで快速で約6分の立地でとても便利です。

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
