Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Welcome to F-Town Central! 32 steps to the Park, 156 steps to BestSlope Coffee, 297 steps to Copper Club Brewery (yes, I counted them). What more is there to say? It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Large, shaded backyard comes standard with a BBQ grill and firepit for those evening chill sessions. Shed can be used for safe bike storage too!
