Toad Hollow Guest Suite

Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

There is a 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with a private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults because it has two Twin XL size beds.
