Situated on the top of Kastella Hill has a big 40 x 15 m veranta with grate view of Athens city form above and seaview of Saronikos bay ( in cold days cannot stay out in the veranda).Inside is also very big and decorated with statues (!) etc .You can go for the restaurant section on the right or for cofee ,drink at the left .One floor down is the place for Bowling ...All these in 4' walk way up from the Jzflat .

To go there use the tram line from the terminal against Neo Faliro metro station . The terminal is easy to rech in a walk 6' way down from the Jzflat .You can always ring Alex's bell on the grownd floor for instructions. In general go down the stairs and turn right when you are not at the hill anymore at the big road or one before -parallel -to avoid the traffic noise- .! The terminal is at the right of the avenue before the big stadium .

Votsalakia beach is 10' walk from the flat and gives nice seaview .There are also cofee places and 2 tennis courts .Not reccomented for suimming for it is in the city area .Just for body exercise and the view ...
