The artists use the retaining walls/foundations of a long ago demolished apartment building. You can look from afar or climb around on the structure. Beware that you may inhale spray paint because artists are working there 24/7. You can get a great view of downtown and the Capitol building from the top of the hill.
It's a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride from the apartment.
