Welcome to the original American restaurant (or should we say “Diner”), that is located in the centre of Prague near the Old Town Square. Our restaurant is themed with authentic US diner style furniture which is inspired by Chevrolet Bel Air’s armchairs from 1952. Immediately on entrance you will notice the monumental hand-made, 60 piece ceramic columns (mosaic) of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. These artistic masterpieces took 3 months to create. Let’s go back to the 50s! With jukeboxes, images of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean, our staff dressed in retro clothes, good food and music.

The Brewery and Restaurant U Fleků in Prague is one of the most famous and most visited Czech cultural sights, such as the Prague Castle, Old Town Square, Vyšehrad, the Jewish Town or the National Museum. They brew their own beer too, a rich, dark ale with a little fizz that goes down all too well. If you ask nicely they may let you sneak a look at their bijou brewery. U Fleku is, of course, pretty touristy, but the beer is spot on and they do decent hearty Czech food too, such as beef and dumplings smothered in cream.

This Café, bearing the name of the world’s famous gallery, has been standing here for over a century, since 1902. Among its guests were Karel Capek, Franz Kafka as well as Albert Einstein during his professorship in Prague. The Café’s life was interrupted by force in 1948 by the communist coup when all café fixtures were thrown out of the windows into Narodni Avenue. The cultural melting pot was revived in the place after 1992 when the devastated premises underwent a complete reconstruction.
