Hands down the best zoo in the country. Every exhibit is donated and supported by members of the Santa Barbara Community. The Location itself is a fabulous and true story of Pirates and Hobo's and Mrs. Pearl Chase the women that donated the ocean front property with the caveat of a Children's Zoo. The grounds are an event destination and the choo-choo train is pure joy. No one is to old for a day at the Santa Barbara Zoo. Everything from children's parties, sunset romantic picnic dinners to full on weddings with an orchastra. All dreams come true at the Zoo.
