The local bus schedules can be found from Linkkari website.
If you are visiting Rovaniemi briefly, I recommend buying single tickets or 24-hour tickets. In case you plan to stay longer or you live in Rovaniemi and use the buses on a regular basis, travelling is always cheaper with a value ticket or a season ticket.
