Private vehicles are the fastest way to get here.

Our pre-designated pick-up point is not in a populated area; it is located on a less-frequented motorable road. Hence, you must have precise directions on how to get here. Please contact us for written directions. Furthermore, if you arrive at the pick-up point unannounced or without a pre-agreed meeting time, there won't be anyone waiting for you; the camp is a 20-minute trek into the wilderness from where you can park your vehicle. There is a Main Road Bus Stop [ Pambahinna] and a Railway Station about 30 minutes & 90 minutes drive away respectively where we can arrange pick up.
Viajar con niños

We warmly welcome all children ready to explore outdoors.

We want you to experience what’s offered at our camp as a family and aim to make your stay a remarkable, educational, and memorable experience. However, due to the nature of our experiences, we would recommend that children be at least 5 years old. Our options for special kids’ meals will be limited and all walks are not suitable for children.

Please pack really light

Bring along a good enough sunscreen and insect repellent. There is no motorable road access to Mountain Top Glamping. Our staff will be carrying all that you bring and it’s advisable to pack light, only with essentials for the number of days you are staying with us. Personal belongings in preparation for warm and sunny, rainy and windy weather conditions are essentials. We would recommend that you wear track-bottom pants or long trousers and a t-shirt or cotton shirt for walks. It’s important to wear long trousers, mainly due to the long grasses you come across during the treks.

Mosquitos

You can seal the bedroom tent with a zipper whenever you are coming in or going out. Tent windows come with mosquito proof sealed mesh panels and we can provide a mosquito repellent vaporizer on request. As our site is covered by trees and bushes in the middle of a bush forest , we cannot rule out mosquitoes entirely. You may carry a good mosquito repellent and wear protective clothing as a precaution.
