You can't go wrong with any of the places on this list. Whether you're looking for seafood, steaks, or a place to grab drinks, Biloxi has it all. These are the places I recommend, but there are many others in town. Keller is walkable to most places, especially the restaurants in the downtown area.

Downtown Ocean Springs is a must to visit while you are in town. Less than a 5 min drive. OS is a great place to visit during the day with many shops, breweries, and places to eat, and at night there are great bars with live music. Highly recommend. Once you are downtown 90% of the restaurants and bars on this list are in extremely close proximity to each other.
