I'm not the kind of person who enjoy low level food and drink, that's why i use to avoid a lot of pubs doing the massive happy our with big amount of low quality food and that's why the list of places i suggest is not so big ( i suggest what i tried by myself.)
If you will go you problably will meet Christian, the owner, and old friend of mine. Alchimia is an "Alchima" of style and design. Really nice cocktails and good dishes at the restaurant service.

Ok....Is not just because is 20 seconds down from my flat :)
If you will give a chance to Panbriaco you will be impressed by the quality of their drink.
You will probably meet the awesome Gabriel, he is brasilian and that's why i strongly suggest you to ask him for a Caipirinha, you will never drink a better Caipirinha somewhere in Milan! But if you do not like Cachaça ( the distilled spirit base for the caipirinha), you could try one of the many other amazing cocktail Gabriel well knows, almost all :) Not the kind of "aperitivo" with tons of low quality food to eay, just some chips but will love to drink!
If you are lucky to stay in my flat during the week end, on sunday lunch you could enjoy the brunch in Panbriaco with typical brasilian feijoada and obviously a caipirinha!

Luini for Milan citizens is like to say "Panettone". The best Panzerotto in town. Luini has opened in London too.... this is significant! and remember this:

Panarello is really famous for the "CANNONCINI" i don't how they are called in english but litterally translations "small guns" :) I suggest you to go for a coffe break or for breakfast.

For all Vegetarian and Vegan. Joia is an amazing place where you have to go in your stay in Milan. You don't go there for eating, you go in Joia to have a sensorial experince.2 Michelin stars! Love it

Not all Chinese restaurants are the same. If you want to eat a good quality chinese food go there! You will notice when you just enter that you will not smell that typical fry oil smell. Love it

I mentioned Spontini in my guide. Spontini is for the slice pizza. Here in Capatosta you can eat the real and genuine Napoli pizza style. Good BABA for the dessert

Just at the end of my street, 2 minutes by feet. Place in Aussie style. Really amazing burgers! The Ketchup is home made. Also veggie burgers available. I Suggets the Torpedo Burger if you like lamb.

After BeBop Pizzeria just walk the street and almost in fron of you will find the Bodeguita del medio , a true and genuine Cuban bar. Recommended mojito and any pushed drink.

Yes Gattullo is like some monuments in Milano.
Ok the breakfast with cappuccino and briuche is not the cheaper one around, but most probably is the best breakfast you can have nearby my flat. You can reach Gattullo with a 10 minutes walking by feet from my place, just go in the XXIV Maggio square and take Via Col di Lana, straight on and you will reach Porta ludovica, on the left corner you will see this amazing cafè.

If you go there to buy some biologic stuff don't forget to try GATTULLO Place in front of the opposite corner, for me the best brioche and cappuccino of Milan!.
