We are close to the Avon Cycle way - 85 miles of great cycling through the countryside! Locally to Frampton Cotterell we have the Dramway and the Bristol to Bath cycle path. Flat, traffic-free and lined with greenery It’s used by people walking, cycling, running and has disabled access too. The Bristol and Bath Path itself is ideal for a day out, or you can use it to travel between these two great cities. You can access the Bristol & Bath Cycle Path from The Dramway along the Avon Cycleway. For more info please look at Sustrans

Local public transport

Buses - The Y1 bus goes directly to Bristol City centre, taking 20 minutes & the bus stop is a 10 min walk (Coalpit Heath St Saviours Rise Church Stop). The other direction is Yate/Chipping Sodbury. All local buses are operated by First Bristol, Bath & The West. Trains - trains from Yate give you direct access to Bath, Bristol Parkway & Bristol Temple Meads. See The Train Line for more info.
