Curarrehue is a very local village populated mostly by local Mapuche people. You can explore Mapuche culture, hand made craft, buy some truly local souvenirs, taste Mapuche cousin in one of the local restaurants (e.g. Cocina Mapuche Anita Epulef). You can also enjoy rafting, horseriding and hiking around the locality.

Curarrehue is a very local village populated mostly by local Mapuche people. You can also enjoy rafting, horseriding and hiking around the locality.
The famous and touristy town is a great place to go shopping, have a drink in a bar, get a good coffee (not that common in Chile;), or enjoy a great walk or rest on a black sanded beach. Pucon has many companies offering different activities, such as rafting, climbing the volcano, bike rentals, hiking and much more.
