This is one of my favorite places to eat and about a half a mile away from my condo. 12 South in general is amazing for food, and right next door! This particular restaurants menu will surprise you! If you love steak and seafood, this is your place. Their charcuterie boards and wine selections are top notch, but still a casual fine dining atmosphere. The staff is very friendly! (Ask for Chance the bartender he will make an amazing craft cocktail, or say hi to Ru the manager).
Enjoy a steak (which will melt in your mouth), rotisserie chicken which is amazing and juicy, or the famous shrimp & grits made with smoked Gouda cheese!

This is amazing Mediterranean food! If you can’t get a reservation, try walking in and sitting at the bar. There might be a wait, but so worth it!
Their hummus and whipped feta is out of this world! Great atmosphere also!

Their rooftop is super swanky and appetizers to match! Half of the bar is uncovered with an infinity pool! Super cool & fun!
