Food scene
Best food in the Winter Park area, bar none. If you are planning a date night, this place can pull off honeymooners and post ski apre groups alike with ease. Pro tip: start with their brussel sprouts, and don't leave without trying their Mexican ice cream (think a pop of sweet followed by a punch of cayenne). They are really known for their stake and meat menu more generally, but as a veg I can't attest for that part of the menu so you'll have to try for yourselves.

Olivia opened this place in early 2020 and has had so much success, she just opened a drive through location in Granby as well. Pro tip: park at Tabernash Tavern and walk through the fence line to avoid the confusing back alley roads to their parking lot.

From snow sports to mountain biking, fly fishing gear and everything in between, it's definetly worth a stop to talk to the owner Chris. Bonus: True Penny Pitstop is a smoothy and 'healthful treats' pop-up located at the back of the store. Blake makes a mean acai bowl and can be found Thursday - Sunday.

Favorite local tap house with an always fun outdoor patio area (year-round). As of writing, there is a great taco truck stationed on site so it's your one stop shop for great beer and tasty food (I recommend the cactus tacos and churros if you stop by!).

What's not to love - award-winning distillery right down the road. They have a great indoor and outdoor seating situation with surprisingly good appetizers and a comprehensive cocktail menu. One of my favorite post ski-run places as well as a favorite post summer workout stop. If you're into Rye, buy a bottle. You won't regret it.

This is a local favorite. The margaritas have egg whites (think pisco sour), the food is a great fusion of Mexican Asian and there is often live music. Definitely a must go.
