A hip (but expensive) beer bar. I think they have about 40 beers on tap. Beside the main bar a new bar has opened recently. It's called Koelship and it's dedicated to Belgian beer - especially the Lambic style. Unlike most beers, which are fermented with carefully cultivated strains of brewer's yeast, lambic is fermented spontaneously by being exposed to wild yeasts and bacteria. It's a special experience. I (Jonas) like it, but to many, it's too sour.
Mikkeller may be the best beer bar in Cph when it comes to representing the 'new' brew styles and microbrewing.
