Tuk Tuk or Cabs
The city does not have much public transport like metro, trams, local buses but Tuk tuk and Uber / Ola cabs are easily available. Set a price for tuk tuk before jump in mostly tuk tuk doesn't have a meter.
The airport is 20 km away from the city center and cabs are the only option.
