Portland Bridge Traffic
If you're traveling into Portland, I recommend using the I205 instead of the I5 to get across the river. I205 generally moves faster, has more lanes, and connects to all the freeways in both Portland and Vancouver.
Congested hours are 7-9AM and 3-6PM
