Local Historical sight at the end of South Big Springs Loop Road. there is a parking lot after you cross the bridge. The fish are protected in the river and springs. There is a food machine and for $0.25 cents you can feed the fish and watch them jump out of the water.

Henry's Lake is a trophy fishing lake. The best fishing is early spring when the lake opens up on Memorial Day weekend or late fall. A sight worth seeing.

This is a great place to have T-shirts printed with your favorite Yellowstone Emblem on the front or back, or on the front, back, and down the sleeves (hoof prints, etc.) There are other items like coffee cups, refrigerator magnets, etc.

You walk through a line to order your food, and then you can sit and eat. We took our food to go. Ribs and Turkey. We tried all 4 sides (Mac and Cheese, Corn Salad, Cold Slaw, Beans). I recommend the Mac and Cheese and Corn Salad.

Island Park Lodge Cafe has some good food. We plan on trying their breakfast. They offer homemade specials. The french fries and pickles are homemade. I had a cheeseburger which was served on a ciabatta bun, but the bun was not a heavy ciabatta. I hear they have homemade sausage gravy for breakfast. One of my favorite.

Great hamburgers with Tater Tots. Right. Great tater tots too!! Located behind the Exxon Gas Station as you are leaving Ashton. Good place to stop if you are hunger before heading up the mountain to Island Park.

The food was great. The service was excellent. It gets very busy for a local Island Park restaurant. Prices are reasonable too. I recommend you try it out. Also, they have a small boutique inside the restaurant, off to the left side, when you walk into the dining room.

I love Island Park. There are not too many restaurants, but you can visit restaurants in West Yellowstone, MT. The second floor in the Building Supply Store on South Big Springs Loop Road has some unique offerings for home decor and souvenirs.
