Awesome street to spend the afternoon and in the summer they have the Mississippi Street Fair which is always crowded and lively.

It's like the SOHO of Portland - great shopping and be sure to visit "Made in Portland" and Powell's Books. My favorite women's clothing store is Garnish - all handmade beautiful designer clothes!
