You can get there with Metro easily from the apartment, then walk down to Lánchíd (chain bridge) from there.

9-11 Állatkerti körútOn Fridays and Saturdays only, you can do night bathing in Rudas bath between 10pm-3:30am, there's a real ancient Turkish bath section with sauna and steam, also wellness section and a fancy rooftop pool looking at the city: don't miss it, it is unique :) (expect it to be very busy before midnight, but pretty OK after 1 am)
