Need to grab a quick run, or just get out in nature? This is an amazing spot right in the middle of East Nashville. I recommend renting one of the bikes for $5 (B-Cycle) and riding along the Cumberland River on one of the many paved and fairly flat trails. Perfect way to break up the day!
