This café in a refurbished petrol station is one of Hobart’s favorite (and most bustling). The coffee is fantastic, as is the Chinese fried omelet. Great place to sit outside in the sun.

Suzie Luck’s offers some pretty good fusion Asian in Salamanca. Definitely in the top 5 Asian resturants in town. It’s a bit hit and miss – the really good dishes are amazing, but inevitably you get something a bit indifferent. That said, this is one of the best places to eat in Salamanca and I have paid too much to Uber eat it more than once.

The Texas Pantry A little slice of cheesy, meaty, calorie laden American classics, The Texas Pantry features some seriously delicious, authentically southern food right where you’d least expect to find it. A gorgeous spot to enjoy stunning D’Encastreaux Channel views and some delicious food. If you don’t have a car, there’s a ferry that runs out there and back so you don’t even need to nominate a designated driver.
