You can catch a bus to Bondi Beach or Coogee Beach & do the walk (takes 2-3 hours) or you can walk a shorter distance by stopping instead at one of the beaches in between.

You can also go to Luna Park for amusement rides or just wander around the olden style fun park.
There's also some nice restaurants / cafes with views that you can enjoy there.
If you have energy you can also walk back over the Sydney Harbour Bridge towards the city.
