OC Transpo from Orleans Park and Ride
I would advise you to take OC Transpo Bus 39 from Orleans Park and Drive to Blair and take the the train from there to downtown Ottawa. Parliament Hill and Byward market can be accessed from Rideau and Parliament train stations. You will also avoid headaches of parking and driving downtown.
