Robert & I opened The Dipping Lugger in July 2021 following a three year refurbishment of the former manse. The Dipping Lugger is a Restaurant & Rooms and we serve a four course lunch Friday to Sunday and a seven course dinner Thursday to Sunday.
The original building was one of the very first dwellings built when Ullapool was established as a port in the 18th century.

Robert & I set up Highland Liquor Company in 2018 with the intention of producing a Premium Classic Gin. Seven Crofts was launched in 2019 and whilst it was never our intention to run a retail shop, that is precisely what we have done with our Bottle Shop. For obvious reasons our gins take pride of place but we also sell some absolutely cracking wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and non alcoholic products that you won't necessarily see every day. Who can forget the snacks, we have some tasty snacks to accompany your beverages too.

Located approx 30 miles north of Ullapool, Stac Pollaidh is hugely popular with locals and visitors alike and is suitable for all ages. It is estimated that the walk can take anything between 2 to 4 hours to complete.
*Please note that in summer the car park can get very busy from mid morning onwards.
