If you are interesting in Hiking, walking, cross country skiing, snowshoes, snow mobile, there a few parks close by to my place: Frontenac Park, Cataraqui Creek, Lemoine Point and Charleston Park close to Gananoque.
Also for an easy way you can just put your skis directly at the door of my place and there you go for a good time around here in the country.

St Lawrence golf course is well know by is fabulous landscape only 4 km from downtown.
On the military base you will find a nice golf course also just beside my place 2 km there is a nice 18 holes golf course
