The Brush Factory on Kings is one of my favorite shops. “Bringing Beauty into Your Home. & Garden.” It has art, vintage and new items, furniture, sea glass, garden items, decoys, clothes and jewelry.
This store’s motto is “the unique and unusual for your home and garden.” The store has new and vintage treasures. Great place to find unique items for your home or gifts to give. The attached farmers market has fresh fruits and vegetables, wonderful sweets, spaghetti sauce and even coffee.

I only selected restaurants within a 4 mile radius of the condo because there are so many here at the beach.
Great freshly squeezed margaritas, sangrias and delicious guacamole. You need to make reservations to eat at the restaurant because it is very popular. You can get lucky if you go at off times like 3 pm for a late lunch or early dinner. You can call and order take out, including the frozen margaritas which are perfectly slushy when you get back to the condo. My favorites are the Goat Cheese and Pine Nuts Guacamole, Corn on the Cob with queso fresco and lime, Bleu Cheese and Steak Quesadilla and Fajitas for Two. You can’t go wrong with any of the desserts, my favorites Coconut Cake, Kahlua Cheesecake and Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Cake.

You have to eat the delicious garlic naan, samosas, Saag Paneer Kofta, Chicken Tikka Masala/Butter Chicken. We love the garlic naan. The bartenders are excellent and have delicious specialty cocktails on their menu, but if you want to add something or take something out, they will do it. They are so nice, we prefer to sit at the bar, so if you are alone, do not hesitate to eat at the bar. Opened Tuesday-Sunday 12-9 pm. Happy hour Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday 4-5:30.
