Consejos sobre la ciudad

Cómo moverse

Hop on the Metro to get to the monuments in downtown DC!

The Eisenhower station is the closest. Take the YELLOW line north towards Greenbelt. Hop off on L'Enfant Plaza and walk to the National Mall (~5 min).

Scooters

Electric scooters are all the rage in DC. There are a ton of different companies and apps you can download. All in all they are really cheap and fun to ride. Pro Tip: Don't leave your scooter on the mall or you'll be charged a $25 illegal parking fee (The National Mall is a National Park).

The Museums in DC are the best in the country

Spend a day and get lost in DC's museums. Most of them are free to enter and are some of the best in the country (and the world). Personally I'm a big fan of the Portrait Gallery and the American Museum of Art...breathtaking stuff :)
