It's a restaurant. I'm not sure why Air BNB won't let me select that category. Anyway, they serve organic food and it's very good.

It's a big waterfront park with everything you could ask for including trails, tennis courts, etc.

2040 84th Ave SEIt's a big waterfront park with everything you could ask for including trails, tennis courts, etc.
You can access it by going down the hill one block and turning right by the State Farm Insurance parking structure; or, there is a stairwell between the two buildings at the end of the street's cul 'd sac (go up a little, then it's straight down the stairwell path).
