Poo Poo is a really great trail almost straight up Tiger Mountain for amazing views of the Issaquah Valley, Mt Rainer, and Cascade Foothills. When you get to huge view point about 10 min further is the take off place for paragliders. Super fun to watch! Moderate strenuousness. Dogs on leashes okay.

Wonderful 6 mile climb from Issaquah-Fall City Road across from Duthie Hill Park west parking lot. Great for riding (horses or bikes) or hiking. At the top, walk down to Issaquah Highlands neighborhood and have dinner before taking an Uber back to the car. If you don’t have time or energy for the whole hike, it is worth it to hike in a little ways (Mike-o Bridge) and turn around. Dogs on leash welcome.
To get there park at duties hill west parking lot, walk on trail next to road away from parking lot entrance on south side (still Issaquah fall city road). Cross road to access trailhead. It is a 10 min walk to trailhead from parking lot. Look out for bikes!

Great hiking trails and interpretive visitor center. Learn where Seattle’s water comes from. This is also the parking place to leave your second car if doing the awesome 40 mile gentle slope backcountry downward bike ride starting from Hyak, through the mile long pitch black former train tunnel (bring headlights and jackets), down the John Wayne Trail. Amazing full day adventure.

Wanna ship brand names for cheap? In the shadow of Mt Si (another great hike), just down the road from the famous cherry pie place of Twin Peaks fame, you can find great deals this outlet store mall. We recommend you make a day of it and visit the train museum in downtown Snoqualmie, and stop for a short hike to Snoqualmie Falls at the Salish Lodge. Retro dinner at Sahra pizza and Bowling, fine dinning at Salish Lodge, or amazing hometown food at Roadhouse in Fall City are all good dinner options.

Wonderful off-leash park in the historic town of Snoqualmie. If you walk through the gate on the opposite end, you can connect to the Snoqualmie Valley trail. Cross the trail, directly opposite the dog park gate, and that will get you into a managed forest land. Follow the trails down to the river. Be careful - the Snoqualmie River is fast and cold and can easily take a strong swimmer or dog's life.
