The Svetica (Virgin or Monte Madonna) is a military base in Sisan, built under the same hill that lies to the east of Šišan and northwest of Ližnjan. The main function of this facility was the protection of the Kvarner Bay, so the Svetica is also called the "guardian of Kvarner".

It is located in the Desarralized Church of the Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary in De Ville's ascension in the Old Town center.
