Sube al Cabeza de León en las horas mágicas
Hike up Lions Head, Cape Town's most Instragram'able hike for sunrise or sunset. We enjoy some amazing photo opportunities before our descent. During a sunset hike, we will hike to the summit and then drop down to a lower, more quiet section (less crowds) to watch the sunset and start the descend before it gets completely dark. During a sunrise hike, we may hike the first part in the dark using our flashlights (provided) and watch the sunrise from the summit. This hike has been an age old tradition for locals especially during the full moon and on clear/windless nights/mornings where the lights of the city below dazzle and the moon and stars show off its beauty in the night sky. Other things to note Wear clothing you are comfortable hiking in. Ensure you wear descent pair of hiking/walking shoes. A fair level of fitness is required. You need to be comfortable with heights. Start times vary based on Sunset and Sunrise and it is critical that we start on time in order to witness Sunrise/Sunset

Speaking isiXhosa For Good
The heart behind the experience: At Just Grace, we believe that one of the best ways to make a positive impact in a community is by supporting its local people and traditions. That is why we run an Airbnb social experience that is dedicated to teaching visitors about the isiXhosa language and culture. We are proud to say that 100% of the profits from this experience go directly towards supporting our Programmes in Langa. What you can expect: Upon your arrival, Nomalizo will extend a warm welcome and make you feel at ease in her community. Afterward, Masixole will lead you in a fun and interactive lesson that covers the essentials of the isiXhosa language. He will also discuss a few traditional isiXhosa dishes that you will have the chance to sample. By the end of the lesson, you will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to interact with isiXhosa speakers and practice your new language skills. Please keep in mind that while this itinerary is current, we may make minor adjustments based on the preferences and requirements of our guests.
