I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. Votre expérience débutera par un tour en bateau afin de nous rendre sur un site adapté, riche en faune et en flore. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter du magnifique panorama de la rade de Villefranche, sa vieille ville, sa citadelle ainsi que du cap Ferrat et ses villas majestueuses. Après une explication concernant le matériel et les quelques règles, vous commencerez par vous accoutumer à la respiration sur un détendeur de plongée, en surface dans un premier temps, avant de partir à la découverte des fonds marins durant une balade d'environ 20 minutes à une profondeur maximale de six mètres. Vous n'aurez qu'à respirer et admirer les poissons, le moniteur fera le reste. Avant ou après votre baptême vous pourrez profiter du site depuis la surface avec votre masque. Some interesting stories about the race and some insight from some of the sports most famous drivers, a number of which are or have been resident in Monaco... We will then head to the start line and then up the hill to the Casino square, we will stop to get some pics and check out some of the cars parked outside the casino and the Hotel de Paris. We will then move on to the famous Fairmont hairpin bend. As we take our tour I will provide you with interesting stats and history on the race. Through the tunnel and along the port and around the piscine we will arrive back at the port and our starting point for the trip. For those interested we can head to Stars and Bars to check out some of the F1 memorabilia they have accrued over the year. The Monaco Grand Prix is widely considered to be one of the most important and prestigious automobile races in the world. If you love F1 you will be sure to enjoy this tour. Learn about the masters of the track and the crashes. I'll be happy to stop and take pictures at your pleasure you'll def get some insta-worthy shots. Welcome on board! Our boat is based in the beautiful port of St Jean Cap Ferrat, 9 km from Nice port (easy by bus or Uber). We'll start from here. During our 4 hours experience we'll cruise in Beaulieu Bay, to discover Eze, Cap d'Ail, along the peninsula of Cap Ferrat with the gorgeous villas overlooking the sea. First stop for swimming & snorkeling in an amazing cove called "les Fossettes" only known by local people, between maritime pines, cicadas and turquoise waters. Then, cruise in Villefranche bay, 2nd stop for swimming. A french aperitif included, snacks and drinks (water, soft, rosé wine, beers) will be served. Another option is the 2h30 experience, ask us . Our boat is very clean. Its layout is perfect to enjoy the sea and the sun, with several distinct outdoor spaces with sunbeds: foredeck, flybridge, rear deck, large platform for diving, outside warm shower, snorkeling gear, bluetooth sound system. After that, passing through the port, we will head towards the old city, the ancient and picturesque place. Also, it would be a shame to forget about the Oceanographic Museum, this is a unique and incredibly beautiful building, in front of which you can take fantastic pictures. Then, we will discover the old town with its monuments: Place Saint Nicolas, Placette Bosio, the Chapel of Mercy, Palais de Justice, the Cathedral.

we start in the beautiful city of Menton on my 12m sailing yacht and the wind will tell us what to do. If there is enough wind to put sails on we will go south to the open sea in the direction of the famous "sanctuaire pélagos" hoping to see the dauphins and enjoying moving in silence without motor noise! If not enough wind for sailing, it will be a trip on motor along the coast seeing Menton, Cap Martin Roquebrune , Eze, Monaco and a part of Italy with the world famous "Grimaldi caves" (30.000 years ago, people lived there....first manifestation of art, paintings on the rock-walls), with the prehistoric museum. There will be a delicious picknick on board with all kind of drinks. We’ll find a lot of opportunities to jump into the sea and swim and snorkel around rocks. I've been sailing my whole life and I owned several different yachts ... I love to initiate people to sailing and to share my passion with them... especially in a magnificient place like the côte d'Azur! I speak fluent english, french, german, portuguese and luxemburgian and I welcome You on board! no experience needed but there can be waves..... so think about seasickness and pills. You can book a private romantic sunset trip for honeymooners & couples in the late afternoon if you don’t want to be part of the usual trip during the day!

Description of the activity : You will create your own Artwork in my studio (where you can also see my work ) concentrating on the subjects and techniques used by Matisse. As different aspects will be approached such as gesture, line, form, color and texture you might not always have the time to « finish » your work. The most important is to learn and understand different possibilities. While in Nice you will be able to visit the places where Matisse lived, exhibited and worked. You will achieve a deeper understanding of his work after having practiced drawing, painting, collage or mixed techniques in this experience. This will help you appreciate your visit of the Musée Matisse. Other things to note: It’s the entrance on the left. You will have to climb approximately 15 steps to reach my studio. If you can please bring a sketchpad and an old t-shirt to protect your clothes.

Durant cette promenade commentée d'environ six kilomètres, nous emprunterons tous les chemins non-carrossables ou peu utilisés pour éviter au maximum les voitures. Vous découvrirez ainsi plusieurs monuments et plages où nous pourrons nous arrêter pour profiter du bord de mer et nager dans une eau cristalline. Nous finirons par une pause dégustation et des fruits de saison. Autres remarques : Chaussures de marche adaptées, tenue confortable, de quoi vous protéger du soleil. Pas de baignade l'hiver. Prévoir Retour en bus.

You’ll come to visit my studio where you can see my work and you will be able to practice some drawing and painting techniques such as how to shade and create contrast, to use colors, complementary colors, and their effects. We'll discuss composition and the study of still life, plants, landscapes, or people. The themes may vary for each experience. Different aspects will be discussed and practiced, such as gesture, spontaneity, texture...so sometimes you won’t « finish » your work but learn how to approach different ways of working. What you learn and experience is more important than the result. This is not a course where you only learn techniques ( f ex watercolors, oil painting...) but an approach of the basics for any art-work like proportions, composition, contrast etc. I will try to adapt to each person’s level . You will walk in the footsteps of famous artists who have loved and worked in NICE and the region and been impressed and enchanted by the light in the south of France such as Matisse, Picasso, Giacometti, Renoir, Bonnard, Dufy, Chagall...Through the study of their works you will get inspiration and a deeper understanding which will help you when you visit their homes and museums on «The Côte d’Azur ». I will give you tips on museums and places worth visiting. If you would like to approach portrait study please bring a person with you to pose. Welcome! Con questa esperienza voglio offrirvi un avventura adatta a qualsiasi livello di capacità. Preparati i kayak andremo a visitare una zona poco accessibile da terra dove il verde dei pini e l'azzurro del mare si incontrano su una costa frastagliata , dove si potrà fare un tuffo con la maschera per dare un occhiata ai pesci e al meraviglioso fondale. Proseguiremo verso la spiaggia per sgranocchiare uno spuntino e rilassarci un po al sole prima di rientrare. Un avventura, 100% ecologica , che vi farà vivere il mare da diverse angolazioni.
