Proximity to shops, restaurants and beach. Sitting on the balcony watching early morning joggers while enjoying a cup of coffee. Watching families interact at the beach. The night life and strolling along the boardwalk. Parking the car and not having to move it. Uninterrupted Views of the ancient Glasshouse Mountains, covering Bribie Island, Pumicestone Passage and the open seas.

  • Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en la unidad de Bevan y Joan, que está al otro lado de la carretera de Bulcock Beach; Es en nuestra opinión, la mejor ubicación en Caloundra. Cerca de playas, increíbles paseos y restaurantes y lugar perfecto para observar a la gente y la vida silvestre (vimos delfines la mayoría de los días y wallabies en Bribie). El alojamiento es en una unidad de estilo antiguo que tiene todos los elementos básicos que desea para unas vacaciones en la playa.     Relax and soak up panoramic ocean views from this fantastic beachfront location. Comfortable, breezy 3 bedroom unit (renovated in 2019) with a laid-back feel and direct access to the beachfront. Stroll 300m to cafes and bars at the famous King's Beach or watch the surfers in action from the balcony. Other amenities include a pool overlooking the ocean and secure undercover parking (not suitable for large vehicles). You will not find better value in this little slice of paradise.
    Please note, although this unit technically can accommodate 6 guests, the rooms are quite small and it would not be recommended for 6 adults. Please message us if you have any queries about your particular group of guests before booking. Also, as it is an older style unit there is some wear and tear eg. some stains on the carpet and benchtops here and there. Everything is clean, however!

    Fully self-contained two bedroom apartment with beautiful partial water views looking south over the pools at Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island. Fully furnished and equipped unit with everything that you need to live for a week or a month. Note that different apartments have different furnishings and outlooks.
    All apartments are air-conditioned in the living area and have a full kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, full size living room with TV and Foxtel. Wifi internet is free and unlimited. Apartments are available with 2 bathrooms (ensuite with shower, main bathroom with shower over bath) or 1 bathroom (shower over bath style) but with a much larger living area. Bedding is mostly 1 queen and 2 single beds, however 2 queen beds can be configured on request if available. Apartments are either on an upper floor with a private balcony, or ground floor with private patio and direct access to pool and waterfront deck. Elevators access all floors. All apartments have only a single carpark in the undercover garage.
    We are near the centre of Caloundra with convenient access to everything you need. Supermarkets and shops are 5 minutes walk away. The nearest food is 50 metres, and all cafes and restaurants in town are easily walked to. Our closest beach is Bulcock Beach only 500 metres away. Park the car when you arrive -- you won't need it until you leave.

This is a quiet residence to unwind and enjoy. With options of glistening pool, or nearby Kings Beach for a swim Only 250 metres from the stunning Kings Beach, takeaway coffees and coastal walk
    For your health and protection, all cleaning here has been done in line with World Health Organisation guidelines. We have also supplied paper towels, hand sanitiser, tissues and hand soap, plus all surfaces have been cleaned with anti-bacterial disinfectant. Our apartment is in the "Nankita" building. From the footpath walk up the three steps and straight ahead to the entrance door to the apartment. The key safe is directly to the left of the entrance door to the apartment. Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked. The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. Down the driveway and then into your garage, with the lockable garage door in place. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the second with two single beds. Beautifully comfortable beds, in light airy rooms with the winter northern sun streaming in. Both bedrooms have overhead fans. We provide all covers, pillows, linen, sheets, pillow slips, towels, beach towels, bath mats, tea towels, shampoo, conditioner etc for your use during your visit with us. The kitchen is brand new and has all new cabinetry and appliances. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish. The dining table seats six and there are a further two seats at the kitchen bench. There is a lovely balcony off the dining room. There is an overhead fan directly above the table. The lounge room has a lovely 5 seater couch for your use. When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking: - 240 metres (1 minute walk) to Kings Beach - 350 metres (2 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre - 500 metres (3-4 minute walk) up to 10 cafes, restaurants & general store We have two bicycles and helmets in the garage for your use. You are very close to both Kings Beach and also the amazing coastal path. Please feel free to use the bicycles to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD.     New! Two brand new smart TV's. The one in the living room is connected to WiFi. If you have a Netflix account - bring your login and you can enjoy your favourite shows. Don't forget to logout when you go. (This can be done remotely if you do forget). Also, a new Nespresso coffee machine - If you do use this please leave it clean for the next guest.     Hi, I just wanted to let you know about a couple of my favourite restaurants and places around the area. Coffee Cat (07) 5438 1773 - is about 50m to the right as you walk out of the unit. It is great for breakfast (haven't tried there dinner yet). It does get quite busy so you can book or may just have to wait 20 mins or so. Domenico's (07) 5492 8889 - is about 200m to the left and is a great little Italian restaurant. It is always busy so I would definately suggest booking. There is also an ice cream shop next door. The Surf Club and Tavern are also supposed to have good food. There is a corner shop and bottle shop within walking distance just up from Domenico's and in front of the surf club there is a public pool. On Sunday, the main street in town has a street market with some arts and food stalls as well. I'm happy to here about anywhere you find which may be good as well to try or pass on. La ubicación es fantástica a pocos pasos de la playa, cafeterías, cafeterías, parques infantiles.     This comfortable private room and bathroom is situated in a spacious 2br apartment. Shared common areas include living room, kitchen, laundry, 2 balconies. Perfect location, it's a 3min walk to Caloundra's best beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops, bus station.
    The available bedroom has a double bed, 2 comfy armchairs, a small table, a desk and a bedside chest. There is also a small bar fridge in the room, tea/coffee making facilities, cereals for breakfast etc. The apartment is on the second level, accessed by a lift. The shared areas include the fully equipped kitchen, the open lounge and dining area, laundry, and two balconies. The west facing balcony off the bedroom looks out over the pool, while the south-east facing balcony has an outdoor dining setting with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and glasshouse mountains. The location is very central; very short walk to main beaches, main street, shops, cafes+ restaurants and buses.
    Kings Beach (10 min walk) and Happy Valley Beach (1 min walk across the road and park), two of Caloundra's best beaches. Stroll along the boardwalk to the famous and popular Kings Beach, where there is a waterplay park for the kids, and a beach-pool if the waves at Kings Beach are too big. Happy Valley Beach offers a more sheltered beach for the kids, has a wonderful playground and barbeques, perfect for sometimes spectacular sunsets and the colourful kite surfers. Oogarding is within easy walking distance of waterfront eating options and the main shopping street (where the Sunday markets are).

    Our modern detached town house is in a quiet neighbourhood near the centre of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. It is only 400 mtres from beautiful Bulcock Beach and 1 block from the centre of town. Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping opportunities are all within walking distance. We welcome children and your family pet.
    The kitchen has beautiful stone bench tops including a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and has a walk -in pantry. Open the wide sliding doors in the lounge and you have access to a large covered al-fresco dining area with a bar-b-q. The comfortable spacious lounge equipped with LCD TV/DVD with foxtel. The spacious downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed, LCD TV, bedside tables, air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. There is also a small bathroom powder room downstairs. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom with a single bed and double sofa bed. Please be aware that the third bedroom is an open space area at the top of the stairs without a door. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. The lounge has fixed temperature air-conditioning (25degrees). All living and sleeping areas have ceiling fans. There is a fully equipped laundry. While we are welcoming of children, the outdoor space is fairly small and we do not have any baby equipment or safety gates on the stairs.
    Caloundra is located on the Sunshine Coast, a beautiful part of Queensland away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, but with all the attractions and amenities desirable for a great holiday adventure, enjoying the best Australia has to offer. Sheltered wide sandy beaches, warm sunny days, hundreds of species of birds, natural beauty, international attractions, such as the Steve(Crocodile) Irwin, Australia Zoo, and a very friendly community to enhance your visit. Our home is 300 metres from a gorgeous beach patrolled daily by the Australian Life Savers. An extensive boardwalk along the sea front connects a series of beaches offering children’s playgrounds, coffee shops, alfresco dining, picnic areas with free bar-b-q facilities that are enjoyed by families and people at all ages. Swimming can also be enjoyed at the local Olympic size pool or the beach side salt water pool. There are 3 major shopping areas within a short walk of our house and the Events Performing Arts Centre is only three minutes walk away. Every Sunday there is a street market in the town , plus there are many other markets on the Sunshine Coast, including the internationally known eclectic Eumundi Markets. The Sunshine Coast is a haven for people who love the sun, long walks, swimming, board and body surfing , lots of fishing, both sea and lake, kayaking, learning to surf, sailing and bike riding. Excellent snorkelling/diving on sunken WW11war ship. The area has many sporting and surf clubs offering various activities, free entertainment and affordable dining. There are numerous golf courses in the area, some of which have kangaroos as the local residents. Whale watching is also available during the migration season. For a mountainous experience, explore the nearby lush hinterland and many historic townships such as Montville and Maleny, both of which are situated high on the escarpment where they offer panoramic views of the coast. Here you have the opportunity to browse among natural treasures and enjoy the numerous art attractions including art galleries. The famous Australia Zoo mentioned earlier attracts people from all over the world. There is also Underwater World the second largest aquarium in the Southern Hemisphere.

    Our place is close to family-friendly activities, the city centre, and public transport. It is good for couples and families (with kids). Second floor renovated apartment right on Kings Beach. Only steps away from the patrolled surf beach and a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, shopping centre and parks.
    Culverston 6 has 2 bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom with twin beds and a trundle. Large living areas including a lounge, dining and sitting area allow you to spread out. Sit and relax at the breakfast bar whilst watching the surfboard riders and pedestrians walk the boardwalk and beach. The separate toilet, shower/bath and laundry are spacious with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. Have a BBQ, sit by the pool or relax on the lawn above the stairs to the beach. This complex is served by a lift which makes moving in a cinch. A lock up garage is easily accessed so you can park you car and walk as everything you need is that close. Public transport to and from the area is walking distance. No smoking is permitted inside or outside the unit. Culverston is a renovated 1970's unit complex which means the units are big! It's position beachfront on Kings Beach gives you direct access to the boardwalk and magical views of the shipping channel and all it's activity.
    Within walking distance of Culverston 6, you will find lots of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, many many shops to wander, parks and even public gym equipment, a saltwater swimming pool on Kings Beach, as well as the white sandy beach, rock pools and boardwalk just outside your door.

Yes it's a walk up building with quite a few stairs, but trust me it's worth it once you are there, but if fitness isn't your thing then please be aware. The views are amazing with its beautiful sea breeze, it's a great place for a holiday with total ease. We have everything sorted, you don't need to bring a thing, just your swimmers and towel, so you can sit back and soak it all in. There is no need for a car everything is so near, if it's coffee, restaurants or the beach that you like it's all right here. This apartment is located on the top level of a 4 story walk up (double) right in the heart of Kings Beach. We have tried to include all the little extras that we appreciate when we are on holidays that will make your stay more pleasurable, things like: Starter kit with coffee, suger and some milk A coffee pod machine with 2 pods to get you started Cooking supplies such as olive oil, salt, pepper. With a short walk to beach, cafes, movies and the Main Street in Caloundra you can park the car for the duration of your holiday and relax. Double sliding doors open onto the balcony facing East, providing a cool shady spot for that long cool drink after a day at the beach.

The main bathroom has a bath and shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as washing machine and dryer. Please note there is NO wifi and NO air conditioning or heating. Although there is pedastal fans available and you do get a nice breeze when the windows are open. The beach is literally a couple of minutes walk - rarely will you need a car as Main St is behind the property and Bulcock Beach is 150m away.     Have your feet in the sand in under 2 minutes! This is the perfect holiday destination for couples or families. This newly updated 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk to beautiful Kings Beach on Queensland's Sunshine Coast , as well as playgrounds, a splash pad, ocean pool and restaurants. With a light, coastal vibe, you will be fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday at the beach!
    Offering a brand new kitchen, two private balconies, on site pool, ocean breezes and so much more, this unit is fully set up to allow you to enjoy yourself and relax to the max! The kitchen is stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, baking dishes, etc as well as coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Often times there are a few other pantry items there for you to use as well. The unit is fitted out with a brand new dishwasher, oven and stove as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster and electric fry pan. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided as well as laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, sponge, two dishwasher tablets, two trash bags and two tea towels. We also provide a few cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop and broom for little messes that occur during your stay. The main bedroom sleeps two and is set up with a comfortable queen bed, ensuite and wardrobe. The second bedroom sleeps up to 4 people with a double lower bunk, single top bunk and single pullout foam floor mattress. There is also a portacot (pack n' play) for younger children that you are welcome to use (cot sheets are not provided). There is a dedicated laundry area in the unit with a washing machine, drying racks and clothes pegs as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. The lounge room is spacious and comfortable, with two couches, coffee table, television and a few board games. The split system air conditioner is located in the lounge room and offers both heating and cooling, but there is nearly always a beautiful ocean breeze that streams in through the two balcony doors when open.
    Kings Beach is loaded with cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance or just a short drive in the car. There are beautiful walks to multiple parks and other nearby beaches such as Bulcock Beach, Happy Valley, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach. There are also many local shops as well as larger ones (IGA, Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Kmart, etc) located a very short distance away. Other local attractions include: 1.
