Comfortable and spacious home surrounded by nature in a great location! This 3/2 mobile home sleeps 10 and it sits in a 5-acre piece of land full of trees. Sit by the firepit, relax in the screened porch, listen to the animals and you might even see some deers. The house is peaceful and secluded but it is less than 10 minutes to downtown and also between 8 - 15 minutes to Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs and Poe Springs. We are also about 20 minutes to other Springs and 25 minutes to Gainesville.

So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Una gama de ensueño, con puerta trasera que te lleva a un espacio donde puedes mirar una noche llena de estrellas. Mi parte favorita de este espacio es la bañera de remojo diseñada para tomar un baño relajante con puertas cerradas o puertas abiertas para poder tener contacto visual con el exterior.

We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family.
