Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.
