Welcome to Bear's Eye View. Come stay in our newly furnished, completely renovated condo with great mountain views. Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bdrms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths w/a Queen size sofa sleeper. A/C throughout. GREAT LOCATION!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

My condo is ground entry level, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Washer/Dryer, Half Bath is all on ground entry. Flight up the stairs to Master Bedroom (King Size Bed) with deck, full bathroom and 2nd Bedroom (Queen Size Bed) My condo is fully furnished, bring your clothes at the local stores for groceries. I have a gas grill on the entry level. My place is pet friendly, but I want a description of your pet. (type etc),I have a non refundable fee of $45, per pet.
