Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Naturschutzgebiet, ideal zum Spazierengehen oder Radfahren In nur 200 m liegt der Bahnhof, zum Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 9 Minuten mit dem Zug. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur 200 m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Tedi und Apotheke, sowie ein Getränkemarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Also alles optimal!

Erlebe Ruhrgebietsflair in einem "Zechenhaus". Es wurde 1912 erbaut und liebevoll renoviert. Alte Elemente, wie Dielenboden, Holztreppen und Kassettentüren sind noch vorhanden und bieten herrlichen Altbaucharme. Andere Elemente, wie das Dach und die Fenster wurden saniert, die Wände gedämmt. Wenn wir unterwegs sind stellen wir unsere Familienwohnhaus gern zur Verfügung. Es ist keine anonyme Unterkunft, und deshalb möchten wir gern, dass die Einrichtung respektvoll und pfleglich behandelt wird.

Das Ferienhaus ist alleinigen Nutzung mit eigenem Eingang. Eine große Einbauküche mit einem Essplatz lädt zum Essen und Plaudern ein. Die Terrasse ist an der Küchenausgang. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind auf den 3 Etagen des Hauses verteilt, Wir haben auch 2 Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten 1,40 x 2,00 m, ansonsten mit Einzelbetten eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind mit einem TV Gerät und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Haus befindet sich ein Gäste WC und zwei Duschbäder mit Fenster. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
