Oak Barn - Idyllic, Quiet, Rural Barn Conversion

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Inside you will find a beautiful bathroom, full-equipped kitchen, relaxing area and comfy double bed.

Walking distance/short drive to Merrydale Manor Wedding Venue & less than 5 min drive to Colshaw Hall. Walkable to the excellent ‘The Dog’ pub. Walkable to main line train station to Manchester- Crewe.

The Old Vicarage Coach House

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to Lyme park and Peak District but 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

With the Sandstone Ridge and Oulton Park a short drive away, this beautiful apartment comprises a spacious living area, kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating. Set in the peaceful Cheshire countryside, with wifi and off-road parking for two cars, it is perfect for anyone visiting the area for work or pleasure. Property not suitable for late check ins.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

A beautiful little cottage located in the quiet village of Plumley with its own private parking, garden and patio area. The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.
