It is a great spot to have the ultimate weekend getaway or stay for a few weeks, with plenty of room for the cars, caravans and tents along with a spacious house that sleeps 7 to 8 people. It has a massive entertaining area off the house with a built in bar which looks out over the picturesque dam. Ceiling fans are throughout the house along with Air conditioning.

A 5 minute walk to the beach, with ocean and sand as far as the eye can see and turtles nest on the beach. Patrolled during an extended summer period. Lay in bed and listen to the ocean and at night see all the stars. With some lovely nature walks close by. Also 4wding on the far ends of the beach.

The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
