Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Time out on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest and sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; sliding stacker doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit out the back. Bedding and towels provided. Lock your bikes away with the washing machine and drying rack in the laundry.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
