The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
