Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Relax over Summer @ the Lighthouse

(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. The beautiful surrounding bush has been lost. See photos) We think our architecturally designed house is a perfect romantic getaway. We built it for the view, so you can relax with a coffee/wine and enjoy the best of Tasmania's east coast, in comfort. The two-story cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a generous, well equiped kitchen with dining table overlooking a private garden, as well as laundry facilities and a second WC. Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

3 bedroom, sandstone home conveniently located in the heart of idyllic Oatlands, nestled in the peaceful southern midlands of Tasmania, you will arrive at Raffah House via Tasmania's Heritage Highway - the majestic gateway from the North to the South. We know dogs are a part of the family too and welcome them. However, to maintain the comfort and standard of the property, we allow a maximum of two dogs per stay. Please ensure they’re clean, well-supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding.

Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available

A mere stroll from the beautiful and deserted Nine Mile Beach, and moments from the world famous Melshell Oyster Shack at Moulting Lagoon. There are local vineyards aplenty, Freycinet National Park up the coast and Swansea just ten minutes away - staying longer to explore will only enhance your experience at Driftwood.
